ADX/DMS is an indicator that has 3 components to analyse the strength and direction of a price trend. It was originally developed by Welles Wilder.
The three inputs are the Average Directional Index (ADX), the Minus Directional Indicator (-DI) or MDI and the Plus Directional Indicator (+DI) or PDI.
It is a trend strength indicator. We can use it for good entry points as well.
